O Ζοζέπ Μπορέλ συγκαλεί έκτακτη σύνοδο των υπουργών Εξωτερικών μετά τις νεότερες εξελίξεις για την επιστράτευση στη Ρωσία και τα δημοψηφίσματα στην Ουκρανία.
Η έκτακτη σύνοδος θα λάβει χώρα απόψε στη Νέα Υόρκη, στις 03:00 ώρα Κύπρου, στο περιθώριο της Γενικής Συνέλευσης του ΟΗΕ.
