Τουλάχιστον 11 άτομα σκοτώθηκαν και 64 τραυματίστηκαν από τα κτυπήματα με πυραύλους στην Ουκρανία τη Δευτέρα, ανακοίνωσε η Υπηρεσία Αντιμετώπισης Επειγουσών Καταστάσεων στην Ουκρανία.
